As the days pass the less things matter. The path that I have had the privilege to walk has been tumultuous. But I embrace every millisecond of my life and thankful that I am in the land if the living.
     What will tomorrow bring? I pray that it will bring peace from The Foundation and happiness. I will no longer be blundered  by the actions of the past. I placed a shelter of guilt anguish on myself, then questioned why I couldn’t find comfort. “Once I let my light shine/ my soul is refined because with The Foundation I am aligned.”
The light has shined and the light set me free from my past. It is a blessing to breathe.

I want to wish one of the loves of my life a very Happy Birthday. You are one of the very few women who rode with me regardless of circumstance and I publicly thank God for you. You always had my best interest at heart, especially when people wanted their way with me. Thanks for the balance and the reality checks and the never to be understood “woman perspective.” You always had my back and you never quit on me, even though to some you were a “funkind beach.” We been through so much, but you know I would give you my kidney if you needed it.(Probably not, it sounded good though)
Happy Birthday Lylah Levi and May God Bless Your Life. May all your paths be pleasant, May all of your paths be peaceful and remember to always Respect The Foundation. My close friend, my Sister, my Queen and my Muthaf*ckin N*gga since day one!!! LOL!!

Please remember to celebrate your heritage/history at all times; do not celebrate your history when you are told to celebrate your history. When we celebrate our history when we are told to celebrate, our ancestors who put their lives on the line did so in vain.
This is not an attack on anyone, because at times I am guilty of the same. We stand on the shoulders of our ancestors at ALL times.

Peace. I pray this post reaches everyone in good spirits. (Sounded better on TV!) But the Sabbath is upon us and many of you do not observe the Sabbath I hope that it serves as a renewal for you. Life is short, please don’t forget to charge that physical and spiritual battery. That charge can come in many ways, find the path that fits you and apply it to your life.

I am felling great, blessed, appreciative and highly motivated. It is one of those days Facebook Fam. Do not take life for granted and make sure that you enjoy what is commonly referred to as the “little things.” In most cases the “little things” are in fact major. True love and friendship are things that many of us take for granted until we no longer have those privileges; then we crave the “little things.”

Please remember to be yourself, you have to live with you for the rest of your life. Please learn who you are and become comfortable who you are. If you need to change, please change for the better. Life is about progression. If anyone expects you to remain in the same station all of your life, they do not have your best interests in mind.

Much love and respect to those that showed love and support theHEATHEN ALUMNI (HUA) Journey. Believe me it is greatly appreciated. Because of the name many feel as if it is some sort of devil worship, but the reality is that we just support individualism.
When I told my father the name of my company he stated “I thought it was a bit over the top, but I learned to expect that from you.” LOL!!

It is odd how the business I am in now and the business I used to be in are very closely related. Probably because thy are both forms of business. I never lived in the projects, I lived near them. But I went to the projects to gain funds. But I am mirroring that same mindset about now…

I haven’t taken a shave, I am wearing the same outfit since Monday and my only food is my faith. To all of my Heathens in the same struggle I salute you.

Respect The Foundation.

In most cases, when we feel like we NEED a drink is the times when we DON’T NEED a drink.  This weekend was an awesome weekend. I had the privilege to spend time with my loved ones and that makes any time an awesome time. (Shout out to all my Heathens that rocked out with me! We have to do it again soon! I am thinking the 14th.)
Shout to Brooklyn and Shout to Harlem for the love they showed HUA. I know y’all will clown me for getting soft in this post, but I love y’all for real. You all provide me with the confidence and the humility to continue. Its like that scene in “Battlefield: Los Angeles” where the staff Sargent jumps out the plane and tells his team to go home. The marines didn’t leave they jumped with the staff Sargent and fought.
I can’t say it enough, Saturday nights are the best because of y’all.

I am at a cross road in my life. I am looking at what many consider defeat as something positive. One may ask how can defeat be positive? You lost, there was something that you wished to grasp and could not grasp it. But the reality of it is that valuable lessons are learned in defeat. The scripture says that a wise man falls seven times. That man did not remain on the floor.  Defeat is only permanent when you stay down.

I find it odd that many things that matter in life don’t matter anymore. I realize that growth and development are priceless. Not many people are afforded the opportunity to grow, because many people are forced with an early grave or small minds.  On that note, if you are standing for a cause be certain that you have considered the consequences of your stance. Life is short, go hard in the paint.

As my life continues, I realize that there is less within my control. We can make plans, but the overall outcome is to determined. This statement isn’t said with the intent to be negative, but more so to reinforce hard work and plans. If you fail at anything it should not be due to a lack of effort. And if you fail ask yourself did you put all that you could have put into a product.
